Consent 

1. This Notice serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by Breakout or on Breakout’s behalf when Breakout Busan collects your personal data from any of the sources referred to in paragraph 4 below. You hereby give your consent to the processing of your personal data by Breakout.

1. 이 사항은 브레이크아웃 또는 브레이크아웃 (Escape Lab Ltd)가 아래 제4항에서 언급한 모든 출처를 통해 개인 고객 데이터를 수집하고, 귀하의 개인 정보가 브레이크아웃에 의해 수집되는 것에 동의합니다.

2. Breakout may collect a variety of your personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, company name, photographs, Korean Identification Card number, e-mail address, address, contact number, credit card details, bank account details, other personal data you submitted to Breakout through any software or system developed and/or operated by Breakout, including without limitation Breakout’s website at https://hongdae.breakoutescapegame.com (the “System”) and all other personal data Breakout again collects from you on any subsequent occasion.

2. 브레이크아웃은 당신의 이름 외의 생일, 회사, 사진, 주민등록번호, 이메일, 주소, 전화번호, 신용카드, 은행계좌 그리고 그 외 당신이 브레이크아웃 시스템에서 작동된 소프트웨어에 의해 모아진 개인적인 데이터를 수집할 것 입니다.

(https://hongdae.breakoutescapegame.com 시스템) 추가로 요구 되어지는 다른 모든 개인 데이터도 귀하로부터 다시 수집될 수 있습니다.  

Purpose 

3. Your personal data is being or is to be collected and further processed for any of the following purposes (“Purposes”):

(a) performing Breakout’s pre-contractual and contractual obligations with you;

(b) granting you access to the System;

(c) providing you with information on products and/or services offered by Breakout, Breakout’s related corporations and/or Breakout’s business partners;

(d) providing you with any services and/or information offered through the System;

(e) providing Breakout’s products and/or services to you;

(f) verifying and carrying out financial transactions in relation to payments made by you to Breakout;

(g) communicating with you, responding to your inquiries and resolving disputes;

(h) conducting internal activities, market surveys and trend analysis;

(i) improving Breakout’s services, content and advertising;

(j) informing you about any offers and/or promotions offered by Breakout, Breakout’s related corporations and/or Breakout’s business partners;

(k) conducting other legitimate business activities;

(l) complying with any legal or regulatory requirements and for security reasons; and

(m) such other purposes directly related to any of the foregoing.

1. 브레이크아웃의 사전 구축 및 계약 의무 이행
2. 시스템에 대한 액세스 권한 부여
3. 브레이크아웃과 브레이크아웃의 관련 기업 및 브레이크아웃 비지니스 파트너가 제공하는 제품 및 서비스에 대한 정보 제공
4. 시스템을 통해 제공되는 서비스 또는 정보를 제공
5. 브레이크아웃의 제품 및 서비스를 귀사에 제공
6. 귀하가 작성한 대금에 대한 지급액과 관련하여 금융 거래를 확인하고 수행
7. 귀하의 의견에 따라 문의하고, 분쟁을 해결
8. 내부 활동, 시장 조사 및 동향 분석
9. 브레이크아웃의 서비스, 콘텐츠 및 광고 개선
10. 브레이크아웃의 관련 기업 및 브레이크아웃 비지니스 파트너가 제공하는 제안 및 프로모션에 대한 알림
11. 다른 합법적인 사업 활동 수행
12. 법률 또는 규정 요건을 준수하고 보안을 위해 준수
13. 앞서 언급한 다른 목적과 직접적인 관계 

Source of personal data

1. Your personal data is being or is to be collected (i) from the cookies, (ii) when you use, access or log in to the System; (iii) when you contact Breakout through various methods; (iv) when you submit your personal data to Breakout for any of the Purposes; (v) when you enter into any transactions with Breakout ; (vi) when you submit any inquiries to Breakout, participate in Breakout’s customer surveys or sign up for any of Breakout’s competitions or promotions; (vii) from video recordings from close circuit security surveillance cameras and audio recordings; and/or (viii) from all other information that you may provide Breakout from time to time.

Photographs 

5/ Breakout may take photographs of you during your visit to Breakout’s premises and the photographs taken may be published by Breakout in Breakout’s premises or on social media platforms owned or managed by Breakout. You hereby grant your consent to Breakout publishing photographs in the above described manner.

5. 브레이크아웃은 브레이크아웃을 방문하는 동안 귀하의 사진을 찍을 수 있으며 브레이크아웃 내부에서 촬영한 사진을 브레이크아웃 샵이나 브레이크아웃에 의해 소유 관리되는 소셜 미디어 플램폼에 게시될 수 있습니다. 귀하는 브레이크아웃 출판 사진에 대한 당신의 동의를 허락합니다. 

Access to correction of and limiting the processing of personal data

6. You have the right to (i) subject to paragraph 7 below, request access to and correction of your personal data; and (ii) make any inquiries or complaints in respect of your personal data (including requesting Breakout to limit the processing of your personal data only for specific Purposes or to completely cease the processing of your personal data) by contacting Breakout through Breakout’s contact details set out below:

7. Subject to provisions of the Act:

1. you may, upon payment of a prescribed fee, make a data access request in writing to Breakout; and
2. Breakout may refuse to comply with a data access request or a data correction request and shall, by notice in writing, inform you of Breakout’s refusal and the reasons of such refusal.

1. 규정된 요금을 지불할 경우, 브레이크아웃에 서면으로 데이터 접근 요청을 작성할 수 있다. 
2. 브레이크아웃은 데이터 액세스 요청 또는 데이터 수정 요청을 거부할 수 있으며, 서면으로 통지를 통해 사항의 거절 및 거절 사유를 통지할 수 있습니다. 

Disclosure of personal data

8. Breakout disclose or may disclose your personal data to Breakout’s related corporations, business partners, service providers including but not limited to those directly related to the delivery of the products and/or services which you purchased from Breakout, Breakout’s financial and professional advisors, banks, governmental departments and/or agencies, regulatory and/or statutory bodies and/or any such third party requested or authorized by you.

8. 브레이크아웃은 귀하의 개인 정보를 침해하거나 침해할 소지가 있는 기업, 비지니스 파트너 혹은 브레이크아웃에서 구입한 제품 및 서비스의 배송꽈 직접 관련된 서비스 제공 업체를 포함하는 서비스 제공자에게 공개하거나 공개할 수 있습니다. 브레이크아웃의 재무 및 전문 컨설턴트, 은행, 정부 부서 및 기관, 규제 및 법률 기관 및 기타 제3자가 요청하거나 승인했습니다. 

Third party personal data

9. Breakout may require your assistance if the personal data relating to other persons is required to process your personal data for any of the Purposes and you hereby agree to use your best endeavors to assist Breakout when required. In the event that personal data of any third party is to be supplied by you to Breakout, you shall ensure that such third party has read this Notice and consented to Breakout collecting his/her personal data for any of the Purposes prior to the supply of his/her personal data to Breakout.

9. 브레이크아웃에서 귀하의 개인 정보에 대한 처리를 위해 개인 데이터를 처리하는데 필요한 개인 데이터가 필요한 경우에 귀하의 도움이 필요할 수 있습니다. 제 3자의 개인 데이터가 귀하에게 제공될 예정인 경우, 귀하는 귀하의 개인 정보를 읽고, 개인 데이터를 공급하기 전 다음 각 호에 해당하는 개인 데이터를 수집하기로 합의했는지 확인해야 합니다. 

Obligatory personal data

10. The personal data Breakout collects can be either obligatory or voluntary. Obligatory personal data are those that Breakout requires in order to provide you with Breakout’s products and/or services. If you do not provide Breakout with all obligatory personal data, Breakout will not be able to provide you with Breakout’s products and/or services. Obligatory personal data will be indicated in the relevant forms.

10. 개인 데이터 침해 수집은 의무적이거나 자발적일 수 있습니다. 위반 사항은 브레이크아웃의 제품 및 서비스를 제공하기 위해 브레이크아웃이 필요로 하는 것입니다. 모든 의무적인 개인 데이터를 제공하지 않는 경우 브레이크아웃은 브레이크아웃의 제품 및 서비스를 제공할 수 없습니다.

11. Breakout may transfer your personal data to a place outside South Korea and you hereby give your consent to the transfer.

11. 브레이크 아웃은 귀하의 개인 정보를 한국 밖으로 전송할 수 있으며, 이로써 귀하의 동의를 얻을 수 있습니다.

12. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to Breakout is accurate, complete, not misleading and kept up to date.
